RLCO Reports 166% Profit Growth, Strengthens Downstream Strategy and Export Expansion
PT Abadi Lestari Indonesia Tbk (IDX: RLCO) reported a 166.39% increase in profit during the first quarter of 2026 despite a moderate adjustment in revenue amid global export market dynamics. The Company continues to strengthen its downstream swiftlet bird's nest strategy and expand its export market to support sustainable long-term growth.
Bojonegoro, April 2026 – PT Abadi Lestari Indonesia Tbk (IDX: RLCO) reported a significant increase in profit during the first quarter of 2026 despite a moderate adjustment in revenue performance. The Company recorded profit for the period of Rp3.02 billion, representing a 166.39% increase compared with Rp1.13 billion in the same period last year.
The strong performance was supported by a combination of operational efficiency improvements and higher contributions from other income, including foreign exchange gains of Rp2.35 billion, compared with Rp952.02 million in the corresponding period of the previous year. Meanwhile, marketing expenses declined significantly to Rp362.1 million from Rp1.09 billion a year earlier.
On the revenue side, the Company recorded sales of Rp92.26 billion, reflecting a 3.46% year-on-year adjustment in line with dynamics in the global export market. Gross profit reached Rp20.87 billion, while cost of goods sold remained under control at Rp71.39 billion.
President Director of PT Abadi Lestari Indonesia Tbk, Edwin Pranata, stated that the results reflect the Company's ongoing business transformation strategy.
"Our first-quarter performance experienced some adjustment compared to the previous year, primarily due to geopolitical developments affecting export markets. However, this forms part of the Company's strategic transition phase aimed at strengthening the foundation for future growth," said Edwin.
He added that the Company is increasingly focused on developing value-added products as a key driver of long-term growth.
"We are strengthening our focus on downstream swiftlet bird's nest products as part of our positioning within the wellness and functional nutrition sector, which we believe will become a key driver of the Company's sustainable growth," he explained.
